Exfoliation of the lips is the key but you don't need to go

spending a fortune on a lip scrub or lip plumper when all you need

is a cheap lip balm and tooth brush.

By applying lip balm on the lips then rub your tooth brush all over your lip

this gets rid of dead skin and makes the lips look more fuller. It defiantly makes

them softer and in my opinion my lips look more fuller and prepped for my lip gloss.



My lips after doing this once my bottom lip is normally much

bigger but as you can see my top lip looks fuller
